1. Introduction

Welcome to Nordic Probabilistic AI School 2025 (or “ProbAI 2025”), an educational event organized by Probabilistic AI Collective AS (or “ProbAI Collective”), a non-profit organization.

By registering for, or participating in ProbAI 2025, you agree to these Terms of Service

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your participation in ProbAI 2025 indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

3. Program Description

ProbAI 2025 offers educational activities focused on artificial intelligence. Content, schedule, and activities are subject to change at the discretion of ProbAI Collective.

4. Eligibility, Selection, and Scholarships

Participation in ProbAI 2025 is based solely on received applications. Each application will be individually reviewed, and final decisions regarding acceptance and any scholarship awards are made at the sole discretion of our reviewers.

5. User Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and ethically. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any actions that compromise the learning environment may result in removal from the program. For detailed expectations, please review our Code of Conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all educational materials provided during ProbAI 2025—such as lecture slides, recordings, programs, and other related content—are the intellectual property of their respective creators, mostly invited lecturers and ProbAI Collective. Materials that are not made publicly available may not be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without the prior written permission of the owner. Any unauthorized use of such materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected during registration and participation will be used solely for program administration and improvement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

8. Registration Fee Refund Policy

The registration fee for ProbAI 2025 is fully refundable until the end of April 2025. After this date, the fee becomes non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProbAI Collective is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in ProbAI 2025. Participants join the program at their own risk.

10. Termination

ProbAI Collective reserves the right to terminate or suspend participation at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ProbAI Collective operates.
